Mid month update5/18/2017 Early in the month of may, Daniela and I got together to make adjustments. The scheme was modeled in Sketchup focusing on the bathroom and closet. You can see that the shower could not move, but Daniela found a little more space in the shower to create a bench. The Closet in the master was cleaned up and expanded while keeping the rest of the bedroom in relatively untouched condition.
Currently we are waiting on completion of the kitchen in order to move into permitting. However, we can put in a general idea of the kitchen and then use that to go for permitting. The benefit of this is that we show very little to the building permit reviewers. Please advise if this is what you want to do, and i can accelerate the drawings to hit before we complete decisions on appliances. My only wish is that we get a basic layout so i know roughly where we place the sink, refrigerator, and the appliances. The following are some shots of the latest model sent to Daniela.

Introduction4/25/2017 Hello 1704 team, I typically post my progress on a private blog for your eyes only. the reality is that if serves as a record of what my progress is along with the progress of your project. Plus, you can see what my thoughts and ideas are about your project! So the first entry is establishing the current conditions of the space. right now it's mainly in plan. Last week i went out to the site to measure, and then input those measurements into a measured plan yesterday. There are a couple areas not in the scope of work area that i need to verify, but the plans should be ready for Daniela to work with. Ceiling hieght is 101.5" except in the bathroom which is 90" Also of note: after reviewing the building drawings. (thanks for the disc - will return it) there is a major plumbing riser between the shower and the closet in the bathroom. we'll need to keep that wall right where it is. Also: there is an electrical panel in the closet in the kitchen. this panel should not move as it seems to be an electrical riser . There are several conduits going to the floor which can be very costly to move as you already know. spinning is OK, but moving it will be prickly. adding our current records just so we can celebrate the starting point!
